John Boyega talks to us on the red carpet for the London Critics Circle Film Awards 2012.
The young star of Attack The Block was nominated in the Best British Newcomer category for his performance as one of a gang of inner city teens facing off against a vicious alien invasion.
The star-studded award ceremony was held at BFI Southbank in London and celebrated the best films and performances of the year. Acclaimed French silent film The Artist was a big winner on the night, as was documentary film Senna and Iranian drama A Separation. Jean Dujardin and Michael Fassbender won Best Actor awards, while Meryl Streep, Anna Paquin and Olivia Coleman all won Best Actress awards.
